FAQ

Do you ship internationally?

- We ship to every country around the world, except Russia. Our delivery partners include Australia Post, Star Track and UPS (International). Please see more info on our shipping page. Some items may not be available for international shipping.

 

Do you offer in store pickup/curbside pickup?

- We are currently unable to offer “ship to store” services or curbside pickup. Purchases can be made through our website, our distribution partners or by email via sales@synergymerchandising.com.

 

Can I make a purchase over the phone?

- Yes, but we will additionally request for the order info to be sent via email for documentation. Details shall include the name, contact number, delivery address and order items and quantity.

 

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekends and major holidays).
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day.
  • Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Fridays (excluding major holidays).

 

Can I cancel or amend my order?

- You may cancel or amend your order as long as the order hasn't been dispatched. Our dispatch dates are Tuesday and Fridays. Please double check your order items and shipping address when completing your order.

 

I mistyped my delivery address, how can I change it?

- Contact us at sales@synergymerchandising.com or call us at +61 (0) 2 9417 6977 immediately! We can change the delivery address as long as the order hasn't been dispatched.

 

What would I do if I didn't receive my shipment?

- Please contact us at sales@synergymerchandising.com within (30) days of the ship date.

 

How will I know when an item will be back in stock?

- We encourage you to sign up for the product alert on our website.

 

What if my product is damaged or defective or missing a part?

- Contact us at sales@synergymerchandising.com with a description and photo of the affected product so we can assess and arrange a refund or replace, if applicable.

 

How do I know if the product is dishwasher safe?

- To maintain longevity, we recommend all products to be hand-washed. Please note, any plated items are not recommended for dishwashers and should be handled with care.

 

Do you ship to a PO BOX?

- Yes, but this will depend on the size and quantity of the order.

 

I received the wrong order. What do I do?

- Please contact at sales@synergymerchandising.com.

 

I haven’t received my order confirmation email.

- An automated email is sent when your order has been successfully processed. Please check both your inbox and spam folder in case you may have missed it. If you still have not received your order confirmation and you have been charged, please contact us at sales@synergymerchandising.com or call us at +61 (0) 2 9417 6977.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

- Yes. We offer free shipping to orders worth over $100 AUD ($150 USD).

 

Do you offer coupons?

- We currently do not offer any coupons. But stay tuned to our socials, subscribe to our newsletters or watch out for flash updates on limited-time and exclusive discounts.
